Paul started his Titans journey also as a parent back in 2015. He was a mainstay amongst the parents and began talking to everyone he could find. Although he wasn't much of a player he would always pass little bits of wisdom onto the other players. He would encourage them to find that bit of space and "open their eyes" to find that pass. So, in 2025 he achieved his Coaching qualification to officially begin passing on that wisdom.

Michelle began her time with Titans as a parent back in 2021. Her son was playing for the titans and it was discovered she has a background of working with SEND children. Upon learning this, Titans extended an olive branch and asked if she would like to become the welfare officer for 16 years and under which she accepted. Michelle still attends and supports all of titans at every session she can get to.
